• Packer Pool winner this week was Bob Letsch; his 4th win and "Back to Back" wins.

• Cribbage: Table #1 Teams - Terry Toll/ Dan DeMatthew, Dave Benjamin/ Joe Macareno, Rick Ropiak/ CW - 1st. game went to Rick/CW "Skunking" both teams, 2nd game also went to Rick/CW winning by 1peg, 3rd game to Benjamin/ Macareno. Toll & Benjamin departed - Macareno/DeMatthew won two straight over Ropiak/CW.

Table #2: Bobby Letsch Jr/ Bob Letsch teamed to defeated Frank D'Acquisto/ Don Klemt 5-1. Frank D'Acquisto was not a happy camper & quit !!! Donnie Dozen just wasn't getting the cards.

Gary's Schonert's Boat Saga Update: Gary is happy to announce that his fishing boat purchased in early August has cleared Probate Court. The boat is now officially Gary's.

The seller told Gary he would stored the boat for Gary over the winter......

Yeah!!! He needs to repair the holes in the boat --- just joking !!!

Digital Ticketing St. Catherine's has moved to digital ticketing for all volleyball (JV2, JV and varsity), varsity football, basketball (JV2, JV and varsity) and any WIAA tournament games. No cash will be accepted at the gate. See flyer below for more details. Please note that on days of varsity football games and boys basketball (JV2, JV and varsity) ticket sales will end at 2:00pm the day of the event. Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed entrance into the game.

We are happy to announce that the Angels varsity boys basketball team will be playing at the Fiserv Forum again this year. The game will be played on Monday January 16th against Prescott at 5:50pm. In order for the team to play at Fiserv we are required to sell a minimum of $3,000 worth of tickets to the Bucks game, which will be occurring at 1:30pm that same day against the Indiana Pacers. I have attached the flyer that can be used to purchase Bucks tickets for that day. Deadline to purchase tickets with this flyer is December 16th. Please note, St. Catherine's does not set the Bucks ticket prices, nor receive any of the funds from the sale of the tickets. We simply are in charge of getting the ticket options out for purchase so the basketball team can play at Fiserv

There is NO COST to get into the Angels varsity boys basketball game and you ARE NOT required to go to the Bucks game beforehand to attend the Angels varsity boys basketball game. If you plan to attend the Bucks game, you must purchase a ticket to the Bucks game for you and anyone else attending with you.

Please note the below from the Bucks in regards to what will occur after the Bucks game.


We will not permit any equipment or gear into the Bucks game. Following the Bucks game, all players, coaches, and fans must exit along with the rest of the crowd. We will reopen the doors for high school teams and coaches at 5:00 pm. We will reopen the doors for high school fans at 5:30 pm. The game will tip off at approximately 5:50 pm.-

Week In Angel Athletics

November 28th-December 3rd

Girls Basketball In a matchup of two teams that reside less than a mile apart from each other, the Angels of St. Catherine’s were able to defeat the Park Panthers on Tuesday night by a score of 72-48. The Angels found themselves down early as it took them some time to get on the scoreboard, but once they did they were able to take a lead into halftime and extend it in the 2nd half. Laila Collier-White led the team with 25 points while Kennedee Clark had 24 and Aniyah Price had 10. Clark was also able to grab 14 rebounds while Collier-White was able to snag 11 steals. Friday night the Angels girls basketball team opened up Metro Classic Conference play as they hosted the Kenosha St. Joseph Lancers. Regulation time wasn’t enough as the Angels and Lancers were knotted up at 45 when the second half whistle blew. Unfortunately the Angels ran into foul trouble late and the Lancers outscored them 15-12 in OT as the Angels lost their first game of the year 60-57. Laila Collier-White led the team with 16 points, Kennedee Clark had 13 points and 9 rebounds while Arianna Green had 9 points and 10 rebounds.

Wrestling Saturday the St. Catherine’s/Lutheran/Catholic Central wrestling team hit the mat for the first time this year as they traveled to Waukesha South to participate in the Blackshirt Duals. In the fast dual of the day the Angels fell to Wilmot Union 72-12. Armando Nuno earned a forfeit victory and Elijah LaFountain had a 1st period pin. In the 2nd dual the Angels fell to Germantown 78-3, Elijah LaFountain had an 8-7 decision. In the 3rd dual Waukesha South defeated the Angels 72-12. Elijah LaFountain and Alejandro Gomez-Garcia each had a 1st period pin. In their 4th dual the Angels were defeated by Whitnall/Greendale 75-6. Elijah LaFountain had a 2nd period pin. In their last dual the Angels faced off against Metro Classic Conference opponent Martin Luther. Martin Luther was able to defeat the Angels 60-12. Alberto Rodriguez and Elijah LaFountain each earned a forfeit victory.

Cheer Congratulations to the SCHS cheer team for qualifying for Nationals in Florida February 9th-12th in Game Day Non-Tumbling. Way to go Angels!!

Boys Swim Thursday night the PSC Aquatics swim team had their first event of the year as they traveled to Elkhorn to participate in the Southern Lakes Conference Relays. The team swam extremely well and finished 4th out of 8 teams, led by 2nd place finishes by the 200 and 400 meter butterfly team, 3rd place finish by the 200 meter medley team and 4th place finishes by the 100 meter, 200 meter and 400 meter freestyle teams. On the evening the 200 meter medley team and 400 meter freestyle team also broke school records by 20 and 10 seconds respectively.
