We had 1 Cheese and Sausage, 1 Cheese and Pepperoni, 1 Half Cheese/ Sausage and Half Veggie. Dick Graceffa brought a sheet cake to celebrate his, Bob Evans' and Frank D'Acquisto's birthdays in the next few days. Once again Jim Rasmussen provided O&H kringle via Gary Schonert for a snack. Dave Benjamin brought homemade Carmel Corn for a snack as well.

• Packer Pool winner this week was Bob Letsch - this was Bob's 4th win.


We welcomed newcomer John Ketarkus '56.

He tells us that he's Gary Schonert's fishing buddy. John is waiting to go out in Gary's new fishing boat.

Word has it the Title for the boat is in Probate !!!



• Cribbage: Table #1 Teams - Bobby Letsch/ Dave O'Brien man handles Don Klemt/CWood,

Don was not "Donnie Dozen" today. O'Brien left and Dave Benjamin stepped in for 1 game - Bobby & Dave "Skunked" Don & CW. Bob, Don & CW went to 3-handed and Bobby won next two games.

Table #2: Mike Hyduke/ Bob Letsch won with Bob getting 21 handed to go out defeating Terry Toll & Dave Benjamin, Dan DeMatthew & Rick Ropiak. The games were split among the participants.

The 2022-23 DG Sports Hoops season opens with Boys Varsity game on Tuesday, November 29th when The Prairie School Hawks host the Horlick Rebels.

Boys Varsity Basketball game at 7pm on Friday, December 2nd when the Racine Case Eagles travel to the Franklin Sabers for a Southeast Conference matchup.


The game audio will be streamed live on Mixlr. Digital Ticketing St. Catherine's has moved to digital ticketing for all volleyball (JV2, JV and varsity), varsity football, basketball (JV2, JV and varsity) and any WIAA tournament games. No cash will be accepted at the gate. See flyer below for more details. Please note that on days of varsity football games and boys basketball (JV2, JV and varsity) ticket sales will end at 2:00pm the day of the event. Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed entrance into the game.

Girls Basketball Tuesday evening the Angels girls basketball team faced their first road competition of the year as they headed to Milwaukee Lutheran for a non-conference matchup. Even though the team was down a couple players due to illness, they stepped up to the competition and played extremely well as they were able to earn a 47-34 victory. Laila Collier-White led the team with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Kaleah Conley added 12 points while Aniyah Price had 8. Arianna Green set the energy and tempo for the team all night and added 6 points and 5 rebounds. Upcoming Angel Athletic Events Monday November 28th
