Help ???

Gary Schonert '59 H found two Ticket Gift Certificates for Box Seats at a Cub's Game from 1998 which his wife Sharon got for him. He never redeemed them. Now he would like to redeem them. There is no expiration date. He contacted the Cub Fan Service Office.

The Response:

Hi Gary,

We talked to our ticketing department and they said too much time has passed so the pass would no longer be valid.

All the best,

Jeannie Griggs | Chicago Cubs | Service Center Assistant Wrigley Field | 1060 W. Addison St. | Chicago, IL 60613 w: 773-388-8270

Gary is hoping an attorney would write the Cubs Ticket Office for reconsideration.

If willing - Contact Gary direct at gary.schonert@gmail.com
