BIG THANKS to Joe Macareno & Rick Jones for sponsoring today's lunch at the Alumni House. Unfortunately, Rick was unable to join the gang today. Meatball Bombers from Bernie's Pizzaria on Lathrop was the main course - with Giardiniera & Chips. Bombers were DELICIOUS !!! Catholic Conf BBall Players Enjoying Time Together......
HOF & Legendary Coach Joe Buneta former Boys Basketball Coach at Pius XI with 3 WISAA Boys State & multiple Catholic Conference Championships recently passed away. After the wake a number of his players joined the Annual Basketball Players/Coaches Catholic Conference Reunion at New Berlin Ale House. I attendance former player/coaches Tom Sager/Mike Fons who Coached at Thomas More and Coach Paul Noack from MUHS. Tom Griffey former Pius XI BBall player coordinates the Annual Reunion.
